Exchange & return
To our customers, we offer the options of EXCHANGE or RETURN within 7 days from the delivery date.
There are no exchanges and returns for one-size-fits-all items.
EXCHANGE:
service at your expense at a cost of 10 euros (to be paid directly to the courier for transport costs).
By taking advantage of the same shipment it will be possible to add other items.
RETURN:
possibility to book home collection by courier at a cost of 7 euros (the same will be deducted at the time of reimbursement, from the cost of the goods).

In this case, the package must contain a written sheet containing the order number or name and surname with which it was made, product code, number or size requested in exchange and shipping address.

For the EXCHANGE: you will have to insert 5 euros inside the package for the reshipment which we will carry out again by courier.
For the REFUND: Iban + holder or postepay number + holder and tax code, or email for refund with Paypal, for crediting the amount.
The refund will be equal to the full value of the goods, excluding shipping costs.
The exchange / return procedures, in the presence of all the necessary information, will be carried out within 24 hours of receipt of the package.
